Hello! For the August Crafty Christmas Blog Hop, I’ve had a bit of fun making a white on white card that came together really quickly.
I used the Tattered Lace 3D Decoupage Merry Christmas die and cut three of each of its layers from plain white cardstock, backed with wide double sided adhesive tape. I stacked them all on top of each other, for dimension, and coated the top greeting die with my Spectrum Noir Clear Overlay Sparkle Pen. I then added the whole piece to the centre of a plain white 5″×7″ card base.
I decided to frame the feature by cutting a lattice frame and gluing it straight onto the card with Ranger Multi Medium Matte Adhesive. I think it was perfect for framing such a detailed feature without overwhelming the design.
I hope you enjoy the rest of the projects from the other designers in this month’s blog hop. You can continue the hop by visiting Marcia Caradinta‘s post next. It’s a great time of year to start your Christmas makes and I’m sure you’ll find plenty of inspiration for your projects along the way. Thanks so much for spending time with me today, I look forward to next time. 😊
